Bakers Waste Services Ltd have gained certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. We are really focusing on the customer this year so the quality management system will place emphasis on the customer experience of our service. All customers will be able to provide feedback on the services they receive, which will be reviewed by our team; we are confident that the customer feedback option will enable us to work closely with individual customers to improve their experience even more.

Our OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certification will also provide assurance to customers that we have considered ALL health and safety risks and environmental impacts for the activities performed and that we have implemented effective controls and preventative measures to help eliminate health and safety incidents and environmental impacts across all areas of our operations.
