Continued investment in recycling facilities means Bakers Waste Services are on track to meet its 2012 0% landfill target.
Paul Baker has set his company the ambitious challenge of recycling 100% of all waste that Bakers Waste Services collects in Leicestershire and beyond.
In pusuit of this ambition, phase two of the expansion of the Enderby waste recyling facility is underway. The concrete flooring is now down, allowing the company to separate various hardcore/inert waste streams prior to recycling.
Bakers Waste Services are also in the process of acquiring a third waste recycling site in Leicester, to screen and shred the waste to help the company achieve its 0% landfill objective for 2012.
Additionally two new vehicles have recently been added to its ever expanding fleet. A new skip truck for its Leicester skip hire service, and a Roll On Roll Off truck for caged cardboard/paper recycling collections.
