There’s exciting developments taking place at Center Parcs Woburn Forest as the construction of 57 brand new single-storey timber frame lodges by Rugby based building and civil engineering business Stepnell is well under way.
At Bakers Waste, we are delighted to play a part in this project by supplying Stepnell with a number of our ROROs over the course of the 48 week project to ensure waste disposal is easy and hassle free.
A mixture of two, three and four bedroom lodges are currently in construction, with the resort staying open to guests throughout. Constructed from timber and stone cladding, to complement the 643 lodges that currently occupy the site, on completion the new Woodland lodges and Executive lodges will allow even more families to visit and stay the resort which opened back in 2014.
We have already supplied a number of roll on roll off units to the 365 acre site and will continue to do so until the planned completion in autumn this year.
As with every project we work on, we take the management of the waste we collect from the site incredibly seriously and ensure that what can be recycled, is recycled or reused in some capacity. It is this commitment to the environment and ensuring our processes our eco-friendly which has seen us recognised previously, most recently as a finalist in the Eco category at the Niche Magazine 2017 Business Awards.
