Three new apprentices join the Bakers Waste team at head offices in Leicester
Featured in the photo above are Bakers Waste’s newest members to the team, joining as apprentices and across three departments respectively. Fleet, Health & Safety and Finance all acquire a boost as the business continues to demonstrate lofty plans for the future.
Going from left to right, our new apprentices:
Finance Apprentice, Nikhil
Nikhil is the newest addition to the company and couldn’t have joined at a busier time for the Bakers Waste finance and accounts department. He will be assisting with purchase ledger to begin with and will soon find his way around the entire finance department, giving him a variety of skills to take into the next stage of his career.
Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE) Assistant Apprentice, Katie
Enthused by Bakers Waste’s strong links with improving the planet’s environment, Katie is passionate about her new role. Variety being the key, she relishes being able to go out to visit our sites, as well as fulfilling administration duties for the QSHE department at our head offices in Leicester.
Fleet Administration Apprentice, James
James is extremely keen to learn more about the fleet department and he currently assists with ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date, producing reports that display how efficient some procedures have been, updating logs and much more. James is an integral component to maintaining a fleet of over 60 vehicles.
Bakers Waste are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with new talent and look forward to the next chapter for the business.
